Our six- to nine-month leadership training programs offer mentorship-based experiences that provide direct, consistent training and coaching from a variety of post-acute care facility leaders, caregivers, and specialists.

This program IS NOT available in Utah. Programs are located in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington.

A bachelor’s degree is required to participate in the PACS Services Development Program.
