 PACS Services Video Transcript

There’s a lot that goes into running a facility. We want our administrators to be spending time with residents, with staff, not locked up in an office.

We can make their lives easier by giving them that data right in front of them.

Historically, nursing home administrators have dealt with heavy administrative burdens and outdated technology. We developed PACS services to change that.

Many other companies are more top down with their decision making. PAC services, we embrace those local efforts.

The right people being given the keys in the autonomy to drive care, as well as the resources to be able to do so, that’s the key ingredient.

We like to say that as an administrator, you’re the CEO of your own business. So from a regional team standpoint and a PACS standpoint, we’re there to make sure they have the services to be successful.

PACS Services, they’re super collaborative, they’re always willing to help. If they see something that’s a concern, they bring it to the administration and we sit down and we figure out what we think is gonna be best for the building. To provide, not just support and help, but also to check on them. To see them, to ask questions to the patients and the facilities, to ask questions to the staff.

They have a lot of resources and a lot of education. So that our staff can be the best clinicians as possible, which will translate into the best care for our patients.

Technology’s important to healthcare, they have to be married with each other.

One of the tools that PACS offers to us is something called the dashboard. It has all the information that you need right in front of you to help us measure everything that we need to in order to achieve success. Real time data, what’s our labor spend? What are our incident reports? We can run a facility with a click of a button.

We have our electronic medical record system. I can see my history and physical, I can see all the meds. That’s a real game changer. It streamlines the process so that we can monitor and review clinical documents, which frees up a lot of time for us to focus on the hands-on patient care.

This is a great place to be. The medical staff here is top notch.

You feel good. You just feel good because you know you’re doing your job right. You see those residents with a smile. You see them coming out of the room happy.

The staff here is amazing. I love them. I feel like people are rooting for me.
