Kelly Priegnitz joined PACS as Chief Compliance Office in December 2025, the latest step in a decorated compliance and legal career.
She joined PACS following five years at Pinnacle Treatment Centers as Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Kelly served in legal and compliance leadership positions with Trilogy Health Services, Healogics, Kindred Healthcare and Sun Healthcare, roles in which she oversaw compliance and risk management within multiple areas of healthcare.
She is a veteran of the United States Air Force, and during basic training, she met her husband Elmer, with whom she has five sons, including a set of triplets. Remarkably, when her children were 11, 9, 2, 2, and 2 years old, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer and graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2000, finishing in the top third of her class.
