PJ oversees PACS Services, which provides back-office accounting, finance, HR, payroll, legal, technology, and data consulting for healthcare facilities across the country. Prior to his position with PACS, PJ was the licensed administrator at one of the original PACS facilities in San Diego. With his experience in operations and finance, PJ has developed many of the dashboards and operating reports used throughout the organization to optimize, measure, and improve clinical and financial outcomes. All of the tools and services are tailored to support field operations and allow administrators and clinicians to focus on the patient and not the many administrative burdens that come from operating a Skilled Nursing Facility. PJ has a bachelor’s degree from BYU and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
PJ is married with 4 children and enjoys attending his children’s various activities. He loves sports, travel, and golf.
