2013
Providence was founded through acquiring two facilities in San Diego, California.
2014
Expanded into Central California and Kentucky with eight facility acquisitions and hired the first Regional Vice President.
2015
Extended its California footprint to include Inland Empire, adding 1,400 beds.
2016
Expansion efforts extended into the Northern California region.
2017
Company rebranded as PACS, standardized systems, entered Texas and built first de novo.
2018
Began operations in Missouri and South Carolina and completed first new development project.
2019
Entered and established a presence in the Ohio market.
2020
During the pandemic, increased operations in California by adding 560 beds.
2021
Acquired 57 facilities, doubling the size of the company.
2022
Solidified as leading Skilled Nursing Facility operator and recognized in Utah’s Fastest Growing Companies and Best Places to Work.
2023
Gained more than 50 facilties and became third largest skilled nursing operator in the nation.
2024
