Since 2008, she has honed her expertise in the recruitment field, specializing in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and healthcare.
In January 2022, Jennifer joined PACS (skilled nursing facilities) as the Regional Director of Recruitment for the Central Valley region in California. In this role, she leads recruitment efforts, focusing on identifying and securing qualified professionals for various positions within her region.
