Since 2021, Lauren Hernandez has watched PACS grow from double digit holdings in a handful of states to over 300 facilities in 17 states. It has been an exciting adventure for her serving 30 PACS facilities as a Regional Director of Recruiting.
Currently based in PACS Keystone Region, Lauren assists with the recruiting needs for PACS Pennsylvania facilities. She loves that the organization keeps healthcare local and enjoys sharing its values with potential employees.
