 PACS Video Transcript

So PACS is our consulting group that comes into our buildings that assist in compliance, that assist in financials that assist in helping us with all the ins and outs of running our businesses. I like to think of us as a thought partner in a lot of situations.

Certainly trying to take the burden off the administrators on some of the back office functions that we have, but really to be thought partners for our administrators and others at the buildings to help make their job a little bit easier or help work through difficult situations.

So, we’re kind of pooling resources where one single building alone isn’t able to, maybe, have its own HR resource or its own clinical resource.

I think that’s the big part for us. We exist to provide value and that value comes, generally, by taking things that administrators shouldn’t have to deal with off their plate so they can deal with what’s most important.

And, at first, I thought “Okay, it sounds too good to be true,” but they’ve lived up everything they said from that first day.

Above all else, what makes us unique is that everyone on the executive team has been in the seat of an administrator and has sat with the DON and has sat with the family, and has gone through the best days and work days that this career brings.

People here care about each other. They care about the people in the field and it’s really apparent very quickly that it’s a good place to be.

It’s a really nice place to plant your feet and grow. We believe that what we do is as good, if not better, than anybody else.
