Josh is the President and Chief Operating Officer at PACS, a national leader in post-acute care back-office and consulting resources that enable facility-level professionals and clinicians to focus on patient care, well-being and quality of life. He is also a licensed nursing home administrator and approved preceptor in California, with more than 10 years of experience operating complex multi-story skilled nursing facilities. Since 2014, he has provided operational support to all the facilities within the PACS portfolio.
Josh has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern California.
Though much of his time and efforts are spent recruiting and developing top-level management, improving systems & processes and promoting business development, he always makes time for his family (wife and four kids) and a nice round of golf!
