Jessica Mcfarland is a Regional Director of Recruiting at PACS with over 10 years of HR and recruitment experience. Her goal is to attract quality talent and ensure facilities are well-staffed and support the mission of providing the best patient care to the Inland Empire/Desert communities. Jessica also focuses on advancing the careers of current nurses by partnering with local colleges.
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and long-term care recruitment, Jennifer has a proven track record of matching top talent with organizations that provide critical care services. Since 2008, she has honed her expertise in the recruitment field, specializing in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and healthcare.
In January 2022, Jennifer joined PACS (skilled nursing facilities) as the Regional Director of Recruitment for the Central Valley region in California. In this role, she leads recruitment efforts, focusing on identifying and securing qualified professionals for various positions within her region.
With a passion for enhancing patient care and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry’s needs, Jennifer plays a key role in helping facilities build strong, capable teams.
